  • Important Information on Packages and Pricing
Dear Participants,
To avoid any confusion regarding the registration packages and tours within the
AGM and  Istanbul program, we would like to clearly explain the pricing structure below.
Please note that all city tours are paid services for both AGM participants and
their spouses and must be selected and paid for separately during registration.
 
For AGM Participants
An AGM participant will pay the total of the following items:
-  Participant AGM Registration Package (Includes all lunches and dinners, as well as the AGM attendance fee)
- Hotel accommodation under the Participant Hotel Package
- (Optional) Daily City Tours (May 5–8)
- (Optional) Saturday Tour (May 9)
 
For Spouses
Spouses will pay the total of the following items:
- Spouse Participation Package (Includes all lunches and dinners)
- Hotel accommodation
- (Optional) Daily City Tours (May 5–8)
- (Optional) Saturday Tour (May 9)
Details of what each package includes are provided under the relevant package descriptions above.
 
Sample Cost Calculations
The examples below are provided for illustration purposes to show how the total cost is calculated.
 
Example 1 – AGM Participant (joins all tours, without spouse)
- Participant AGM Registration Package: 865 €
- Daily City Tours (May 5–8): 200 €
- Saturday Tour (May 9): 200 €
Total (excluding hotel): 1,265 €
(Hotel accommodation is paid separately.)
 
Example 2 – AGM Participant + Spouse (both join all tours)
AGM Participant:
- AGM Registration Package: 865 €
- Daily Tours: 200 €
- Saturday Tour: 200 €
 
Spouse:
- Spouse Participation Package: 470 €
- Daily Tours: 200 €
-Saturday Tour: 200 €
 
Total (excluding hotel):
- Participant: 1,265 €
- Spouse: 870 €
 
Grand Total (excluding hotel): 2,135 €
 
Example 3 – AGM Participant + Spouse (no tours selected)
- AGM Participant: 865 €
- Spouse: 470 €
Total (excluding hotel): 1,335 €
